Parameters

DATA, 20 Bytes - Address.

QUANTITY|TAG -Hexadecimal block number, or the string "latest", "earliest", "safe" or "finalized", see the default block parameter

Returns

QUANTITY - Hexadecimal of the number of transactions send from this address.
